The Daraz Logistics Shopify App is free to install and use forever. There are no recurring charges within Shopify.
Daraz Logistics is a plugin that connects your Shopify store to Daraz Express (DEX), enabling you to push orders directly into our shipping system without any technical setup. The app does not handle or display shipping fees on your Shopify store’s frontend or within customer orders.
Shipping fees are charged outside the Shopify app based on package weight, origin, and destination.
Merchants receive a customized rate card before signing up for our shipping services.
We bill merchants directly, and they are free to set their own shipping rates for customers.
Merchants can configure shipping fees visible to customers using Shopify’s built-in shipping settings, which our app does not control.
This is an indicative rate card. You will be offered a customized rate card after your registration with Daraz Express.

Shipping fees are billed separately from the app at weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly intervals, as agreed upon.
Before using Daraz Logistics for shipping, you must set up an account with Daraz Express (DEX). A Key Account Manager will assist you with onboarding and activate your Daraz Express (DEX) account for shipping.
